I’m often asked to draw clients in for workshops. If you’re planning to present a program, Here are six tips to assist you in reaching the maximum number of people with information about your program and to fill the hall.
1. Call Prospects.
Yes, you can call them. Select the most likely candidates that you haven’t had the pleasure of working with in the past. Maybe they weren’t prepared to have private sessions. By facilitating a workshop for one day, attendees can gain lots of information and assistance with you at a mass price. Contact your potential customers and tell them, “I’m doing this event, and I immediately thought of you. I know you’ve been thinking about working together, but I thought this would be an easy way for you to get some great value and a feeling for what it’s like to work together.”
Contact your existing customers and inform them about the training. They may want to add the work that they’re already working on by working with you.
2. Create a Flier.
Make a one-page flyer with all information about the program to draw customers. Create a headline that is focused on the main issue that you’re trying to solve. Include all the information attendees should be aware of, including the dates, times, locations costs, and the best way to sign up. Give your phone number as well as your email address and web address since people are different about how they’ll register.
3. Network Like Crazy.
If you attend events and events, instead of giving your business card out or flier, hand out a flyer. You can state, “Yes, I have a card, but let me give you this invitation to my upcoming workshop.” Participate in as many events as you can in the period of three to six weeks before your workshop to get in front of a lot of people. This will also draw clients who are likely to sign up.
4. Email Your List.
This is a given that you share information about the program with your list. If you’ve got a good size list, that’s great. But in the event that you don’t, this will help you with your efforts to network.
5. Offer a Free Teleclass.
Another way to get people to sign up for your event is to provide a free session to see what topics you’ll cover. Let them experience the valuable information they’ll learn. In the end, you can tell them, “You may not want to do this on your own. If that’s the case, come to this workshop so I can help.”
6. Look for Joint Venture Partners.
You may have acquaintances who have the same target audience; however, they aren’t working in the same field. Join forces with them to contact their list of subscribers. Be aware that it’s an excellent opportunity to provide value to their subscribers. They may send out emails to the subscribers with information or conduct an online class that you can offer to encourage registration. It is possible to offer an incentive to anyone who signs up due to your partnership’s assistance.
